What is a Project Review?

A Project Review is one complete APOGIN analysis of a submitted project document set.

APOGIN establishes project context, evaluates available evidence through the professional and regulatory perspectives relevant to the project, and organizes resulting findings, questions, coordination matters, drawing evidence, and applicable regulatory references for professional review.

Important A materially revised submission or a new review of updated project documents constitutes an additional Project Review.

What counts as one Project Review?

One complete APOGIN analysis of one submitted project document set counts as one Project Review.

What happens if I need more reviews?

Professional subscribers may add additional Project Reviews for $99 each. Firm subscribers may add additional Project Reviews for $79 each. Government and enterprise review capacity is handled through the applicable agreement.

Does a revised project require another review?

Yes. When updated or materially revised documents are submitted for a new APOGIN analysis, that analysis constitutes another Project Review.

Does APOGIN charge by drawing sheet?

No. APOGIN pricing is based on Project Reviews rather than individual drawing sheets.

Do you offer pricing for Building Departments?

Yes. Government and enterprise organizations receive custom annual pricing based on organizational needs, users, review volume, and implementation requirements.

Does APOGIN replace professional plan review?

No. APOGIN provides Decision Intelligence that supports professional evaluation and decision-making. Licensed professionals, Building Officials, plans examiners, and other authorized reviewers retain their professional responsibilities and authority.
